		<description><![CDATA[I’d definitely buy the flexible type of cutting mats again…they hold up to tons of abuse, they’re easy to clean AND store, and since they’re color coded they’re probably healthier.  And I’d do the ‘green’ recycled type again too, in larger sizes.  But steer clear of the Oxo over the sink version.  Not enough bang for your buck.
