So about 6 months ago I decided that in order to help my family save money and cut expenses, I was going to start clipping coupons. That sounds good huh? Well the problem with that scenario is that coupons can make a big mess, and be hard to organize. I’ve tried those little wallets in the past and they’re pretty useless as far as I’m concerned. I’d have to rifle through all the sections of the wallet looking for the appropriate coupon, or the ones that have expired, and sometimes they wouldn’t turn up until I was already home from the grocery store. And inevitably they’d spill all over the place and make me want to throw something across the store.
So I started looking around online, for other options. I came across tons of different wallets, but they were pretty much all the same idea. Then I unearthed a pretty cool binder that had clear baseball card sleeves in it. While I loved that part of it, because you could see all the coupons you had, it was way too big to lug back n’ forth to the grocery store. Right now I have enough to remember when I go grocery shopping….Finn, pocketbook, canvas grocery bags, etc etc etc. You get the idea. So the thought of lugging one more large thing was out of the question.
That’s when I stumbled across the Couponizer. Not only was it smaller, so it fit right into my giant Mommy bag that doubles as my pocketbook, but it’s easy to organize because it has different sections to store your coupons in. They’re handy pockets, that’re easy to slide your coupons into, as opposed to plastic sleeves (which I think are a bit of a pain). Another neat thing about this organizer is that it has a Customer Loyalty section where you can include your store loyalty cards. So now you’ll never be caught without your card again!
So if you’re a coupon cutter, this one’s worth a look.
