Wish List

These are the things I’m currently coveting.  If anyone has experiences with these, let me know!

1. Oxo Salad Spinner – I’ve wanted this ever since I read in America’s Test Kitchen (of which I’m an online member), as their Salad Spinner product review winner.  But you didn’t hear that from me…wink wink.
2. America’s Test Kitchen Family Baking Book – I have to have this.  Maybe Santa will stick it into my stocking this year if I’m good.  I actually prefer baking to cooking, and America’s Test Kitchen & Cooks Illustrated are really the only cooking authorities that I trust to never steer me wrong.
3. The Demy – The Demy is the first and only kitchen-safe digital recipe reader that will revolutionize the way you cook. The Demy holds your personal recipe collection in one compact, sleek device. Featuring a high-resolution color touchscreen, an uncluttered interface and many special tools to make any cook’s job easier.
4. All Clad cookware.  It’s so shiny and heavy duty looking.  I feel the need to fondle a few pans every time I find myself in a Williams-Sonoma store.  If only it weren’t $18 million dollars per pan.
